Our Grand Opening Event, ‘Curtsy for the Cure’, was such a success! It was wonderful meeting new clients, instructing classes, and of course, eating cupcakes! We appreciate all of your donations, which are going to the Orange County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Welcome to our blog! We are so happy to be opening in the beautiful community of Mission Viejo! To celebrate our opening, we will be putting on the event ‘Curtsy for the Cure’. With our opening being in October, we have decided to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month by giving the opportunity for the community of Mission Viejo to extend a hand.
On the weekend of Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th, Mission Viejo and surrounding community members are invited to ‘Curtsy for the Cure’ to celebrate the Grand Opening of Xtend Barre Mission Viejo. As you may know, Xtend Barre is the highly buzzed about fitness routine that combines components of Pilates, dance, and muscle strength! We know you will absolutely be hooked!
For a suggested $20 donation to Orange County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, confirmed attendees will enjoy a 55-minute Pilates and dance-inspired barre class, opportunities to win swag bags filled with goodies, options to buy classes for 50% off, and enjoy delicious sweet treats. All treats and giveaways are supplied by local Orange County vendors. Bring your friends; we plan on a day of charity, fitness, and fun!

Xtend Barre Mission Viejo’s Grand Opening: ‘Curtsy for the Cure’

The Xtend Barre Workout is the premier ballet barre workout… Dance and Pilates Amplified. Andrea Rogers is the creator and owner of the Xtend Barre Workout and has been a professional dancer and choreographer since the age of 18. She’s performed with various celebrities and recording artists such as Enrique Iglesias and Aaron Carter. She’s also traveled the country with several professional dance companies and performed as a principal dancer for Walt Disney World Co. In the early 2000s, Andrea was certified to become a classical Pilates instructor. She believed in the Pilates principles (stabilization, concentration, control, flow, breath and precision) and observed the long-term results in her Pilates clients.
